Phoenix Futures

Phoenix Futures work nationally to overcome drug and alcohol problems. Growth has brought mergers, brand confusion and a website headache. We helped consolidate their visual identity and streamline their online communications.
Finding key messages among the noise
We hosted a workshop with 20 staff from across the country to understand various competing needs from different departments. The task: to define the top key messages and decide on the content structure of the website.

Scores of potential ideas across a dozen different audience groups were refining to just three headline messages and a simple, intuitive website structure focussed on service provision.
Refreshing and unifying the visual ID
The new key messages helped define the visual identity:
• Affirmative
• Established
• Understanding
The bold illustrative style combined with specially commissioned photography reinforces the hope and possibility that Phoenix Futures offers. The common thread of the journey runs throughout the visual material.
Ensuring service are front and centre
The heart of the website is the range of national services provided. These are presented on a map and smart directory with simple filters for finding the most relevant option.
Each of the original 4 organisations maintains a branded presence on the website to help aid recognition and trust for existing service users.
What Phoenix Futures had to say
"White Fuse brought a lot of ideas to the table, bringing to light things we would not have considered. The project had a perfect pace and was well managed by Matt and Owen. We're so proud of our new website and can't wait to see the results."
